About The Client

This is a prominent American integrated communications company that specializes in marketing, packaging, print, and supply chain solutions About The Job:

- Responsible for the creation and management of newsletters, event registrations, SharePoint sites, AEM sites, XML/JavaScript based PDF forms and providing support for both print and digital production.
- This role requires a strong understanding of content management systems, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Essential Job Functions:

- Build/manage newsletters, event registrations, surveys, mini websites (using Stova platform - Event management tool)
- Create and maintain SharePoint sites, AEM sites, XML/JavaScript based PDF forms
- Collaborate with clients/onsite colleagues to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
- Provide support for print and digital production efforts, including coordinating with onsite team
- Conduct quality checks on all content to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferable in Commerce / Arts / Literature)
- 4 - 5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS, SharePoint/AEM management, XML, JavaScript and other relevant technologies
- Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud apps - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong project handling skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with onsite team.
