The Transformation Lead owns the end-to-end planning, strategy, and execution of large-scale organizational and technological transformation initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams to eliminate operational inefficiencies, transition legacy systems to digital models, and secure enterprise-wide adoption of recent ways of working. This role reports directly to executive stakeholders and serves as the primary catalyst for sustainable organizational change.

Key Responsibilities

- Define Strategy: Build the target operating model and transformation roadmaps aligned with long-term business goals.
- Process Optimization: Re-engineer outdated workflows using continuous improvement frameworks like Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN standards.
- Cross-Functional Bridge: Translate complex business requirements into technical deliverables for developers, designers, and engineers.




- Change Management: Facilitate workshops and design adoption frameworks to shift employee mindsets and minimize operational friction.
- Project Governance: Manage project portfolios across their entire lifecycle, ensuring compliance with timeline, scope, and budget constraints.
- Metrics & Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track, measure, and report ROI and value realization to the board.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Proven Track Record: Minimum 7–10 years of experience managing complex, enterprise-wide project lifecycles or business change initiatives.
- Technical Literacy: Advanced understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud ecosystems, data analytics, and automation.
- Methodological Expertise: Mastery of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), change management models (Prosci/ADKAR), and process mapping.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional capability to build executive trust, navigate internal politics, and influence across matrixed teams
