Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive WCA / Overseas Coordinator Sales to manage and develop relationships with overseas agents, WCA partners, and international business associates. The role will focus on generating business opportunities through the overseas network and supporting the sales team in developing international freight forwarding business.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with WCA members, overseas agents, and international partners for business development and shipment opportunities.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads and enquiries received from overseas agents.
- Develop strong relationships with international freight forwarders and logistics partners.
- Identify opportunities for Import, Export, Air & Sea freight business through overseas networks.
- Prepare and share competitive freight rates, quotations, and proposals in coordination with the pricing team.
- Follow up with overseas partners to convert enquiries into shipments.
- Coordinate with internal Sales, Pricing, Operations, and Customer Service teams for smooth execution.




- Maintain regular communication with overseas agents and provide timely updates.
- Monitor business generated through WCA/overseas partners and maintain proper records.
- Support customer acquisition, revenue generation, and achievement of sales targets.
- Attend international partner communications, meetings, and networking activities as required.

Required Skills

- Experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics / NVOCC industry.
- Strong knowledge of Air & Sea Freight Import & Export.
- Experience in WCA / overseas agent coordination will be preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of international freight forwarding processes.
- Sales-oriented approach with robust follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Good command of English communication and email correspondence.
- Ability to generate business through overseas agents and international networks.
