Key Responsibilities

Project Engineering

Study customer PO, URS, specifications, P&IDs;, BOQs, GAs, datasheets, and approved drawings.

Understand the complete PW generation system including:

Pretreatment

RO

EDI

UV

Ozone

Storage tanks

PW distribution loops

Heat exchangers

Instrumentation and control systems

Prepare and maintain project-wise BOMs and material requirements.

Coordinate with Design Engineering for P&IDs;, GAs, fabrication drawings, piping layouts, and technical changes

2. Project Manager Purified Water Systems

Experience : 3-8 years

Position: Project Manager

Department: Projects

Industry: Pharmaceutical Water Treatment Systems

Reports To: Director / General Manager

Coordinate manufacturing and fabrication of:

PW generation skids

Pretreatment systems

RO/EDI systems

Storage tanks

Distribution loops

Heat exchangers

Instrumentation/control panels

Monitor production progress against schedule.

Coordinate with QC to ensure inspection checkpoints are completed.

Resolve manufacturing and technical bottlenecks.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure project execution follows approved specifications and applicable pharmaceutical-water requirements.

Coordinate FAT, inspection, testing, and documentation.

Ensure quality documentation is complete before dispatch.

Review deviations, NCRs, punch points, and corrective actions.

Customer Management





Act as the primary project-level contact for the customer.

Conduct project review meetings.

Communicate project progress, delays, risks, and recovery plans.

Coordinate site readiness, installation, commissioning, and final handover.

Manage customer complaints and escalations.

Commercial & Cost Control

Monitor project costing and profitability.

Control material consumption and additional purchases.

Monitor project billing and payment milestones.

Production Manager - pharma-grade purified water generation systems and process equipment.

TIG welding and sanitary/industrial piping

RO / UF / EDI / UV / Ozone systems

Pumps, valves, filters and instrumentation

P&IDs;, GA drawings, fabrication drawings and BOMs

Welding, grinding, polishing and passivation

Hydrostatic / pressure testing

Material traceability and inspection procedures

Pharma / GMP-oriented manufacturing practices

Production planning and project scheduling

ERP / Excel-based production tracking
