� The function of the department �Custody and Capital Market Operations Handing of all related activities to Bank as a SEBI registered Custodian (CDSL & NSDL), Depository Participant (CDSL & NSDL), Professional Clearing Member (NSE/BSE etc.) , Clearing Bankers to NSE / BSE / Credit Operations for Broker Members , General Operations for Brokers , & Bankers to issuer.

� Importance and contribution towards the organization � All operations are centralized and handled by CCMO at Fort Capital Market, NPC-I and NPC-II.

About the Role

CMO under CCMO operates various activities , one of them being Professional Clearing Member Operations - Settlement� Broker Members and CPs

� To handle collateral management and setting up of limits for brokers under PCM desk in time bound manner

� To publish various daily reports to clients under PCM desk as per the statutory regulations

� To adhere to various regulatory requirements applicable to Clearing Member business.

Key Responsibilities� Co-ordination with RMs, Exchanges and Broker Clients and CP Clients for smooth onboarding of Broker Members in PCM desk.

� To handle collateral management and setting up of limits for brokers under PCM desk in time bound manner

� To publish various daily reports to clients under PCM desk as per the statutory regulations





� To get various undertakings / data with help of RMs so as to help in meeting various Exchange / clearing corporation regulations

� To meet various timelines of Exchanges / clearing corporation in both FO and CD segment

� To help Compliance Officer in meeting various Exchange / clearing Corporations related compliances

� To maintain and publish various MIS for internal Consumption

� Attending and resolving various Audit related �queries if any

� Ensuring of collection of Clearing and Collateral Charges as applicable

� To look into the system developments for meeting various internal and regulatory requirements

QualificationsOptimal qualification for success on the job is:

� Minimum qualification � Graduate / Post Graduate

� NISM certification is must � SORM / Equity and Currency Modules��

� Experience � Minimum 2- 5 Years

Role Proficiencies:For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:

� Knowledge

Knowledge of Capital Market Operations and preferably Clearing Member operations.

Knowledge of Exchange/Depositories/RBI compliance requirements is an added advantage

� Skills

Good communication (both verbal & written) and inter-personal skills.
