Experience: 16 years in purified water system operations
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Ensure safe and productive operation of purified water systems as per SOPs and defined parameters.
- Monitor pre-treatment, generation, storage, distribution, utility, and feed water parameters.
- Maintain log sheets, chemical consumption, PM records, and QA documentation.
- Identify operational issues, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate critical abnormalities.
- Verify sensor calibration and coordinate with QC for sampling and analysis.
- Perform basic maintenance activities, including leakage rectification.
- Participate in CN/customer training and conduct operator competency training.
- Manage shift schedules, safety compliance, contingency arrangements, and assigned site administration activities
