Art of Puja is looking for a responsible and hardworking Warehouse Manager / Warehouse Operations Executive who can take ownership of the day-to-day functioning of our warehouse. This is a hands-on role. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory, managing inward and outward movement of goods, coordinating dispatches, supervising warehouse staff, and managing production and assembly work happening inside the warehouse.

We are looking for someone who wants to learn, take responsibility, and grow with the company for the long term. You do not need fancy qualifications. We are looking for someone who is organised, sincere, disciplined, comfortable working on the warehouse floor, and capable of managing people and daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day warehouse operations.

- Maintain proper inventory and stock records for all products and materials.

- Handle all inward material entries and verify quantities received from vendors.

- Manage outward dispatches for B2B and B2C orders.

- Ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched correctly and on time.

- Coordinate with courier partners and other teams regarding dispatch requirements.

- Maintain proper records of inward, production, outward, damages and stock adjustments.

- Conduct regular physical stock checks and identify any stock differences.

- Keep track of low-stock and out-of-stock products.

- Manage warehouse workers, helpers, pickers and packers and assign their daily tasks.

- Supervise production, packing and assembly activities happening inside the warehouse.





- Ensure daily production targets are completed on time.

- Coordinate between inventory, production and dispatch teams.

- Maintain proper storage and rack-wise organisation of products.

- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organised and safe.

- Maintain daily reports for production, inventory and dispatches.

- Report delays, damages, shortages or other operational issues immediately.

- Take overall responsibility for ensuring smooth functioning of the warehouse.
