Job Summary Responsible for managing all inbound warehouse operations, including receiving, GRN, inventory accuracy, put-away, purchase returns, and team performance while ensuring compliance with SOPs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities 1. Oversee daily inward operations, including receipt and unloading of materials.

- Ensure timely GRN creation, system updates (ROS/WMS), and accurate inventory records.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies, including shortages, damages, excess quantities, and incorrect deliveries.
- Manage purchase returns, ensure timely dispatch of expiry returns, and follow up for supplier credit notes.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Outward, and Tech teams to resolve operational and system-related issues.




- Lead the inward team, allocate work, monitor productivity, and ensure SOP compliance.
- Track operational KPIs and publish regular performance reports with corrective actions.

Key Skills • Warehouse & Inventory Management • ERP/WMS (ROS preferred) • MS Excel • Leadership & Team Management • Problem Solving & Communication Qualification • Graduate in any discipline (Pharmacy/Logistics preferred) Experience • 1–2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
