Role & responsibilities

Delivery / Stores & Logistics

- Manage warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, 5S, and rejection handling.
- Ensure on-time and quantity-correct deliveries.
- Coordinate with customers and provide status updates.
- Handle invoice dispatch, warranty parts, and customer feedback.
- Monitor manpower and warehouse issues and escalate to management.
- Perform month-end inventory, daily cycle counts, and inventory reporting.
- Verify invoice numbers, quantities, FIFO compliance, and dispatch accuracy.

Quality Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming parts from the Manufacturing plants and ensure proper storage.
- Maintain FIFO and 5S standards.
- Visit customers regularly to monitor quality concerns and stock status.
- Initiate corrective actions (ICA) for customer-reported concerns.
- Manage defective part collection, dispatch, rejection tracking, and rework activities.
- Support customer sample requests, CARV submissions, audits, and warranty meetings.
- Conduct pre-dispatch inspections and maintain batch traceability records.




- Ensure compliance with quality management system requirements (IATF/ISO standards).

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 25 years of relevant experience in Warehouse, Stores, Logistics, Inventory, and Dispatch operations.
- Experience in the automotive / auto-component manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience in inventory management, FIFO, 5S, cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and material handling.
- Experience in customer dispatch, delivery coordination, invoice verification, and logistics documentation.
- Knowledge of SAP / ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Experience in handling rejection, rework, warranty parts, customer returns, and quality-related issues.
- Basic understanding of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 requirements.
- Positive communication, coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Candidates willing to work in Pune will be preferred.
