Job Title: Junior Electrician

Department: Electrical Maintenance

Location: Erode / Tamil Nadu

Reporting To: Electrical Supervisor / Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the maintenance and repair of electrical panels, motors, drives, transformers, and lighting systems.
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities of textile machinery.
- Monitor electrical equipment performance and report abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Assist in wiring, cable laying, motor connections, and electrical installations.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and electrical inspections.
- Ensure proper housekeeping in the electrical maintenance area.
- Follow safety procedures, lockout/tagout practices, and company electrical safety standards.
- Support energy-saving and power management initiatives.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams during machine breakdowns.
- Attend emergency maintenance calls as required.





Qualifications
- ITI Electrician (Mandatory)
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Preferred)

Experience
- 0 to 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
- Freshers with ITI Electrician qualification can also be considered.
- Experience in textile mills will be an added advantage.

Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of motors, starters, contactors, relays, and electrical panels.
- Understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
- Ability to use electrical testing instruments such as multimeters and clamp meters.
- Basic knowledge of VFDs and textile machinery electrical systems.
- Knowledge of electrical safety regulations

Pay: ₹9,980.10 - ₹22,578.41 per month
