About the Role

MahattaArt is looking for a Wall Décor Advisor who combines design understanding, customer consultation, product knowledge and sales skills.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand a customer's space, style and budget, recommend suitable wall décor solutions, explain the recommendations confidently and help convert enquiries into orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle B2C and B2B customer enquiries through website, WhatsApp and other online channels.
- Understand customer requirements, room photographs, wall dimensions, furniture, colours, style and budget.
- Recommend suitable wallpapers, wall art, framing, printing, collages and gallery-wall solutions.
- Guide customers on colour, scale, proportion, composition, materials and frame selection.
- Create or coordinate visualisations/mock-ups wherever required.
- Explain product recommendations and help customers make purchase decisions.
- Handle pricing discussions, follow-ups and move enquiries from consultation to order.
- Coordinate with design, production and installation teams for smooth execution.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely follow-up.




- Develop solid knowledge of MahattaArt's wall décor products and solutions.
- Use digital tools, CRM, WhatsApp and AI-based tools to support customer recommendations.

What We Are Looking For
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Interior Design, Interior Styling, Home Décor, Wallpaper, Furniture, Furnishings, Wall Art, Framing or Design-led Retail.
- Strong understanding of aesthetics, colour, proportion, composition and materials.
- Good customer communication and consultation skills.
- Ability to understand a customer's space and recommend suitable décor solutions.
- Comfortable with sales conversations, follow-ups and closing orders.
- Interest in interiors, wall décor, home décor and design.
- Comfortable using digital tools, CRM, WhatsApp and AI-based tools.
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Styling, Spatial Design, Product Design or a related field is preferred.

Important This is not a conventional interior designer role focused on complete home design, AutoCAD drawings or architectural documentation.

It is a design + product advisory + customer-facing sales role, where you will help customers select the right wall décor solutions for their spaces.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
