Job Details:

- Position: Customer Service Associate Semi Voice Process

- Location: Hyderabad
- Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
- Process: International Semi Voice / Chat Process
- Language: English(Excellent communication Skill's)
- Experience: 1 to 2 years minimum

- Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customers through written communication
- Manage Chat & Voice interactions
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication
- Understand customer queries and requirements
- Provide suitable solutions to customer concerns
- Resolve queries related to products and services
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Content Review

Eligibility Criteria:

- 10+2 is mandatory

- Diploma (3 years)

- Undergraduates
- BE/B.Tech

- Graduates any stream
- International Semi-Voice Process experience is mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
