About the Role MahattaArt is looking for a Wall Décor Advisor — Design, Product & Sales who can help customers make the right decisions for their walls and spaces.

This is a customer-facing role combining interior styling and design judgement, wall décor product knowledge, customer consultation and sales.

The person should be able to look at a customer’s room, understand their style, requirement and budget, recommend what would work aesthetically, translate the recommendation into MahattaArt products, and confidently help the customer move towards an order.

The role covers Wallpaper, Wall Art, P2F, Framing, Printing, Collages, Gallery Walls and Photography. Key Responsibilities Handle and own B2C and B2B customer enquiries across website, WhatsApp and other online channels.

Understand customer spaces, wall dimensions, furniture, colours, style preferences, budget and timelines. Review room photographs and recommend appropriate wall décor solutions. Advise customers on colour, scale, proportion, composition, placement, materials and frame selection.

Recommend and shortlist relevant MahattaArt products rather than simply sharing catalogues.

Advise customers across wallpaper, framing, printing, P2F, wall art, collages and gallery-wall solutions. Develop strong product knowledge covering wallpaper materials and installation requirements as well as frames, glass, mounts, printing options and P2F configurations.

Create or coordinate visualisations/mock-ups to help customers understand proposed solutions. Present recommendations clearly and explain why a particular solution will work for the customer's space.



Handle pricing and commercial discussions and move enquiries through Consultation → Recommendation → Approval → Order.

Follow up systematically and maintain ownership of the customer throughout the sales journey.

Coordinate with design, production and installation teams to ensure the approved solution can be executed correctly.

Use Nur, MahattaArt's AI-powered wall décor recommendation assistant, as a design and product-recommendation copilot while applying independent design judgement.

Capture customer feedback, recurring requirements and gaps in the existing catalogue to help improve Nur and MahattaArt's offering.

1 Work with Studio Mahatta on ideas for new wallpapers, wall-art collections, frame combinations, collage concepts, colourways and other wall décor products.

What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate should have:

Robust aesthetic and interior styling sensibility.

Good understanding of colour, scale, proportion, composition and materials. Ability to look at a room and determine what wall décor solution would work.

Strong customer communication and consultation skills.

Commercial confidence and the ability to convert advice into sales without aggressive selling.

Interest in wallpaper, framing, wall art, interiors and home décor.

Curiosity about customer trends and new product development.

Comfort working with digital tools, CRM, WhatsApp, digital catalogues and AI-based tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
