Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse In-Charge to take complete ownership of our Bhiwandi warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day dispatch, lead a team of warehouse staff and technicians, ensure accurate stock and spare parts management, and coordinate closely with the sales team and customers for smooth, on-time deliveries pan India. This is a sole-responsibility role the person will be fully accountable for all warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end dispatch operations for pan-India shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery

Lead and manage a team of 4-5 warehouse staff for daily dispatch activities

Supervise a team of 4 technicians for machine handling, servicing, and dispatch readiness

Coordinate with sales team and customers regarding order status, dispatch timelines, and delivery issues

Maintain accurate stock records for machines and spare parts (inward, outward, and physical stock reconciliation)

Plan and organize warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval of machinery and spares





Ensure proper packing, labeling, and documentation (invoice, E-way bill, LR copy, etc.) before dispatch

¢ Coordinate with transporters/logistics partners for cost-effective and timely shipments

¢ Monitor inward material (imported machines/spares) - verify against purchase orders and report discrepancies

¢ Maintain safety standards and housekeeping across the warehouse

¢ Prepare and share daily/weekly stock and dispatch reports with management

¢ Handle spare parts inventory - identify slow-moving/fast-moving parts and flag reorder requirements

¢ Take full ownership and accountability for warehouse security, stock accuracy, and audit readiness

Required Skills & Qualifications

¢ Minimum 3+ years of experience in warehouse/dispatch operations, preferably in machinery, industrial equipment, or spare parts environment

¢ Proven experience managing a team (staff + technicians)

¢ Working knowledge of inventory management practices; experience with ERP/inventory software (Tally, Excel, or similar) preferred

¢ Basic understanding of dispatch documentation (invoice, E-way bill, GST basics, LR)

¢ Good communication skills to coordinate with sales team, customers, and transporters

¢ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

¢ Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for warehouse operations

¢ Own two-wheeler preferred

¢ Graduate/Diploma preferred; candidates with relevant industry experience without a degree may also be considered
