Job Responsibilities

- Document customer interactions and follow the required process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Any Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced(6months - 2Years) candidates can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of customer support practices.
- Typing Speed:



35 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Willingness to work from office.
- Comfortable working in night/rotational shifts.
- Candidates should reside within 15 km of the work location.
