Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls
- Communicate professionally with customers across different markets
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Recommend suitable products and services
- Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Support customer retention
- Maintain accurate customer and call records

Eligibility:

- 10+2 Mandatory

- Diploma (3 years)

- Undergraduates
- BE/B.Tech
- Graduates – Any Stream
- 1–3 years relevant experience

- Excellent English communication skills

- Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Perks:

- Salary: 2.5 LPA to upto 4 LPA
- Depends on assessment score & Experience
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week-Offs
- 24/7 Rotational Shifts
- 2-Way Free Cab Facility up to 30 KM
