1. Yard Operations:

- Oversee repossession, storage, and management of vehicles.
- Ensure proper documentation and inventory management.

1. Team Management:

- Lead yard staff and oversee daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory norms.

1. Auction & Disposal:

- Coordinate with auction agencies for vehicle disposal.
- Ensure timely auction and settlement of dues.

1. Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with collections, legal, and operations teams.
- Liaise with external agencies (auctioneers, tow operators).

1. Reporting & Compliance:

- Generate reports on yard inventory, auctions, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
