Looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with hands-on expertise in ITAM, ITOM, SecOps, AI/GenAI, or Virtual Agent. The candidate should have strong experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, scripting, integrations, and IT asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications.
- Work on SAM Pro, HAM Pro, ITAM, ITOM and SecOps modules.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes and Flow Designer workflows.
- Work with JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, CMDB and Discovery.
- Configure Virtual Agent and AI/GenAI capabilities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.




- Follow ServiceNow development and deployment best practices.

Qualification
