We are looking for a results-driven SEO professional with 2+ years of experience to join our Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility, increasing organic traffic, improving search rankings and supporting lead generation through effective SEO strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and identify high-intent keywords relevant to our courses and services.
- Optimize website pages, landing pages, blogs, title tags, meta descriptions, headings and internal links.
- Monitor and improve Google search rankings and organic traffic.
- Develop and execute SEO content strategies along with the content and marketing team.
- Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with the development team for necessary fixes.
- Build quality backlinks through relevant and ethical link-building activities.
- Manage and monitor Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
- Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions and other SEO performance metrics.
- Conduct competitor SEO analysis and identify new growth opportunities.
- Perform regular website SEO audits and implement improvements.
- Optimize local SEO and Google Business Profile.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and insights.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends and industry best practices.
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing, Content and Social Media teams to support overall marketing objectives.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of practical experience in SEO.
- Strong understanding of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO and Technical SEO.
- Good knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and GA4.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog or similar tools.
- Understanding of website structure, URLs, crawling and indexing.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Good understanding of SEO content optimization.
- Knowledge of Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Strong analytical and Positive communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in EdTech, IT training, SaaS or technology-related industries will be an advantage.
- Experience in generating organic leads through SEO.
- Knowledge of Google Ads and overall digital marketing is an added advantage.
- Experience managing SEO for multiple locations or service pages is a plus.
