We are seeking experienced AR Caller with in-depth knowledge of U.S. medical billing processes.

- Shift: Night Shift
- Night Shift( Transportation: No cab facility provided candidates must arrange their own commute)

Role & responsibilities

- Core Role: Focuses on process and strategic denial reduction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct deep root-cause analysis (RCA) to fix front-end billing gaps (e.g., charge entry or coding errors).
- Interact with insurance representatives for high-level dispute resolutions.
- Analyze aging reports to prioritize high-value old accounts and reduce Days in AR.

Requirements:





- 5+ years of extensive medical billing and AR analytics experience.
- Expert command over end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Exceptional data analytical capabilities and client management skills.
