About the role

Tirupati Homestay (THS) is hiring a Reservations Manager for its central reservations team in Tirupati. From one office, you will manage bookings across all properties in the THS group, speak with guests before and during their stay, and keep everything accurate in our property management system (PMS).

Role & responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage reservations across all THS group properties from the central reservations desk
- Respond to booking enquiries on phone, WhatsApp, email and OTA channels and convert them into confirmed stays
- Create, modify and cancel bookings in the PMS and keep guest records accurate
- Coordinate daily with property teams on arrivals, departures, room allocation and special guest requests
- Follow up with guests after checkout, encourage reviews and resolve complaints quickly
- Track occupancy, no-shows and payment status and flag issues to the management team
- Keep rates, availability and inventory correct across all booking channels





Preferred candidate profile
- 1-4 years of work experience; prior experience in a hotel, resort, homestay or travel company is a strong plus
- Fluent and confident spoken English is a must
- Hindi and Tamil are mandatory; Telugu is expected for local guests and Kannada is a bonus
- Comfortable with a PMS, channel manager or any booking software; basic computer and Excel skills
- Polite, patient telephone manner and clear written communication
- Well organised and able to handle several properties and guest conversations at once

What we offer
- Fixed monthly salary of around Rs. 20,000
- Performance bonus linked to guest review scores and how well the properties are handled
- Office space provided; this is a full time, in-office role in Tirupati
