Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end procurement cycle: RFQ negotiation PO delivery follow-up • Source and procure mechanical, electrical, and automation components • Develop and maintain a strong vendor base (local & national suppliers) • Conduct price negotiations and cost optimization without compromising quality • Interpret technical drawings, BOMs,



and specifications for accurate sourcing • Ensure timely material availability aligned with project schedules • Coordinate with design, production, and project teams for requirements • Monitor vendor performance (quality, delivery, responsiveness) • Maintain proper purchase documentation, records, and MIS reports • Identify alternate vendors and implement value engineering opportunities

Qualifications & Skills

- Mechanical - Electrical Diploma / Bsc. / B.com. • Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial purchase (automation/SPM preferred) • Strong understanding of: o Mechanical components (motors, gearboxes, LM guides, fabrication items, etc.) o Electrical items (PLC panels, sensors, cables, etc.) • Ability to read engineering drawings and BOMs • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills • Good command over Excel, ERP systems, and documentation • Strong communication and coordination ability
