Roles And Responsibilities:

We are seeking an energetic Product Manager to manage electronic component procurement, bill-of-materials (BOM), supplier relationships, and end-to-end sales follow-ups. In this hybrid operational role, you will bridge technical component requirements with commercial execution working directly with distributors, local Bengaluru component markets, and customer-facing teams.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics & Communication (ECE), Electrical & Electronics (EEE), or equivalent technical field.



Candidates with a Commerce / Business background and proven technical aptitude in electronics are also strongly encouraged to apply.
2. Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in component sourcing, procurement, or sales operations within an EMS, OEM, or component distributor.
3. Technical & Portal Familiarity: hands-on experience using Octopart, Digi-Key, Mouser, Element14, and local Indian procurement channels.
4. Tool Proficiency:

- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel
- Working knowledge of ERP/CRM systems

5. Soft Skills: Robust negotiation, customer-facing communication, structured follow-up habits, and quick problem-solving abilities.
