Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor.

- Allocate work to operators and ensure proper manpower utilization.

- Monitor production targets, output, and productivity.

- Ensure production is carried out as per the planned schedule.

- Monitor machine operation and report breakdowns or abnormalities.

- Maintain production records, shift reports, and other required documentation.

- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.

- Ensure adherence to company quality standards and work instructions.

- Identify production issues and support corrective actions.

- Maintain 5S and good housekeeping practices on the shop floor.

- Ensure employees follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.

- Monitor material availability and minimize material and process wastage.





- Train and guide operators regarding work procedures and safety practices.

- Report daily production status and issues to the Production Engineer/Manager.

Preferred candidate profile

- Male candidates preferred

- Basic knowledge of production processes and shop-floor operations.

- Valuable communication and team-handling skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Ability to prepare and maintain production reports.

- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

- Knowledge of 5S, safety, and basic quality practices.

- Willingness to work in shifts.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
