Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and monitor production plans as per project requirements and delivery schedules.

- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Design and Project teams for timely execution.

- Prepare and maintain BOM, material requirements and production schedules.

- Track production progress and ensure timely completion of planned activities.

- Monitor material availability and coordinate with Purchase/Stores for shortages.

- Maintain PPC reports, production MIS and daily/weekly status reports.

- Identify production delays and coordinate with concerned departments for corrective action.

- Ensure proper planning of manpower, materials and machine capacity.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of PPC and production planning processes.

- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Tally.

- Positive understanding of BOM, inventory and material planning.

- Strong coordination, follow-up and analytical skills.

- Experience in Aluminium / Faade / Glazing manufacturing will be preferred.Role & responsibilities
