We are looking for a motivated and technically proficient PCB Design Engineer to join our R&D; department.

Qualifications & Experience: B. Tech/ BE/ Diploma Electronics, ECE or related discipline, with 2-4 years of relevant experience in PCB Design.

The company has developed an advanced automotive smart instrument cluster targeted at automobile OEMs. As part of its strategic growth, Walnut Medical is transitioning into a multi-vertical technology product company, with a robust focus on scaling its automotive electronics vertical.

Role & responsibilities

As a PCB Designer, you will play a key role in our product development process. The ideal candidate will manage PCB design, prototyping, testing, and documentation, playing a critical role in ensuring quality and reliability of products.

Key Responsibilities:

Circuit Design Support

- Assist in the design and development of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.




- Aid in the selection of suitable components including MCUs, sensors, power ICs, and interface modules.

PCB Design

- Support schematic capture and PCB layout using CAD tools such as Altium Designer.
- Ensure considerations for signal integrity, EMI/EMC compliance, and thermal management.

Prototyping & Testing

- Assemble and test hardware prototypes.
- Use lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters for validation and troubleshooting.

Debugging & Troubleshooting

- Assist in diagnosing hardware issues and support the implementation of design corrections.
- Collaborate with firmware and system engineers to resolve integration issues.

Documentation
