What You’ll Do

- Own the end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Drive high-volume recruitment for BPO, Inside Sales, Sales, and other business roles.
- Conduct screening calls and initial HR interviews to identify the right talent.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet hiring targets.
- Handle salary discussions, offer rollouts, document collection, and joining coordination.




- Follow up with candidates and convert selected candidates into successful joiners.
- Track recruitment performance and maintain accurate hiring reports.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri or other recruitment portals.
- Experience in BPO, Inside Sales, Sales, or bulk hiring is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid sourcing, screening, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- A target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Someone who takes ownership and gets things DONE!
