We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant with robust expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Supply Chain Management modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation, rollout, enhancement, and AMS/support projects and possess deep knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.

Mandatory Skills

- 5+ years of Oracle EBS SCM Functional experience
- Minimum 1 End-to-End Oracle EBS R12 Implementation

- Experience in Requirement Gathering, Fit-Gap Analysis, Configuration, CRP, SIT, UAT, Go-Live & Hypercare Support
- Experience preparing BR100, MD50, Functional Design Documents, Setup Documents, Test Scripts, and UAT documentation
- Experience working with technical teams on RICEW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Oracle EBS SCM implementation and enhancement projects.
- Conduct workshops and gather business requirements from stakeholders.
- Configure Oracle SCM modules and optimize business processes.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.
- Support testing phases, data migration, cutover, and production deployment.
- Analyze and resolve complex business and application issues.
- Conduct end-user training and prepare training documentation
