Role Summary

Own end-to-end service delivery for demand planning and forecasting operations. Drive forecasting strategy, client satisfaction, operational excellence, and business outcomes through effective governance and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end demand planning and forecasting services across General Merchandise categories.

Establish operational governance, forecast performance frameworks, and service delivery standards.

Manage client and stakeholder relationships,



ensuring alignment with business objectives and planning priorities.

Define and monitor KPIs related to forecast accuracy, bias, timeliness, productivity, and service levels.

Drive transformation initiatives including automation, advanced analytics, and process optimization.

Oversee forecasting risks, compliance requirements, and issue resolution processes.

Manage resource planning, financial performance, and operational capacity.

Provide executive-level insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.

Drive talent development, succession planning, and capability building within the forecasting organization.
