Roles & Responsibilities

- Branch Business Generation: Source personal loan applications from walk-in branch customers, existing account holders, and local network outreach.
- Lead Qualification & Conversion: Engage existing bank customers (NTB/ETB) over the phone and in person to pitch personal loan products, pre-approved offers, and credit top-ups.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain rapport with branch visitors, providing financial guidance and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels throughout the sales cycle.
- Documentation & Application Processing: Collect required KYC and income documents (salary slips, bank statements, Form 16) and handle complete online/offline application filing.
- Underwriting & Liaison: Coordinate with credit appraisal and risk teams for seamless application tracking, quick turnaround times (TAT), and timely loan disbursement.
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities during customer calls and interactions to cross-sell complementary banking products like insurance, credit cards, and fixed deposits.




- Compliance & Audit: Adhere strictly to banking regulatory guidelines, KYC/AML norms, and fair practice codes during telesales and customer interactions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline (Finance, Business Administration, or Commerce preferred).
- Experience: 0-4 years of experience in retail banking sales, NBFCs, or tele sales, specifically handling unsecured/personal loan products.

- Skills:
- Practical understanding of Personal Loan documentation, CIBIL/credit reports, and eligibility norms.
- Proficiency in banking CRMs, lead tracking tools, and calling dialers/MS Office.
- High energy and resilience to drive daily calling targets and monthly sales quotas.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Monthly personal loan disbursement volume and value targets.
- Lead conversion rate and Application-to-Disbursement ratio.
