Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for uploading the calling data, churning, and utlilising the data for optimum use.

- Responsible for process target allocation basis the data/daily input in system, data consist of customer

information

- Maintaining the Vertical Database and responsible for Allocation to VRM's

- Making sure of data privacy while uploading and updating VRM's on call logs for lead generation.

- Maximizing dialer efficiency and compliance.

- Responsible for managing vertical Inventory (Laptop, Headset Assignment).

- Skills and campaign management.

- Real Time Queue Monitoring (RTQM). Monitoring of agent activity and engagement on campaigns.

- Development and execution of dialer campaigns.

- Preparing and sharing hourly reports and updates.

- Data analysis and identification of recent strategies to improve company performance.

- Monitoring and highlighting customisations required on dialer and reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- Excellent Communication Skills in English & Hindi

- MS Office proficiency

- Technology Savy

- Analytical ability
