Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Fresher Technical Writer with a strong background in English Literature / Language Studies to join our documentation team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical concepts and clear, user-friendly documentation. You will work closely with software developers, product managers, and senior technical writers to produce high-quality user manuals, API documentation, release notes, and online help guides.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation: Draft, edit, and maintain user guides, technical manuals, release notes, and system documentation.
- Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product management, and QA teams to gather accurate product details and technical workflows.
- Information Structure: Transform complex technical jargon into explicit, structured, and easily digestible English documentation.
- Quality & Style Consistency:



Ensure all written content adheres to company style guidelines, grammar standards, and terminology rules.
- Document Maintenance: Update existing documentation repositories to reflect product updates, new feature releases, and feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in English Literature, Communicative English.
- Language Proficiency: Exceptional command of written and spoken English, with strong proofreading and editing abilities.
- Technical Aptitude: Curiosity and willingness to quickly learn technical tools, software workflows, and documentation systems (e.g., Markdown, MS Word, Confluence).
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to grammar, formatting, and structural consistency.
- Research Skills: Ability to ask precise questions, perform research, and synthesize technical details into clear explanations.
