Hiring: Junior Executive / MIS Executive / Operations Associate

We are hiring freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience for roles in Back Office Operations, MIS, Administration, Office Coordination, and Office Executive functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft and manage professional emails for clients and internal teams.
- Handle back-office operations, office coordination, and routine administrative activities.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Work with Excel formulas/functions including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUM, and other basic formulas.
- Perform data entry, data management, documentation, and record maintenance.
- Prepare professional presentations using MS PowerPoint.
- Coordinate with internal teams and support daily operational tasks.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of data, reports, and documents.
- Ensure assigned tasks and reports are completed on time.

Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written are very important.
- Strong qualified email-writing, drafting, grammar, and business communication skills.




- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and computer applications.
- Understanding of MIS reporting, data management, back-office operations, and office administration.
- Good coordination, documentation, organizational, and computer-handling skills.

Preferred Candidate
- Fresher or up to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good typing speed and strong attention to detail.
- Quick learner with a positive and professional attitude.
- Able to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with teams.
- Willing to learn and take responsibility for assigned work.

Location Preference
- Candidates should be based in Bahadurgarh or nearby areas.
- Candidates residing in locations with direct metro connectivity to Bahadurgarh through the Green Line will be preferred.
