We are hiring HR Executives Recruitment (Non-IT Hiring) for our Chennai location.

Position: HR Executive – Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for interview scheduling and joining formalities.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned recruitment requirements.
- Maintain candidate engagement and follow up regularly until joining.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience is required.
- Experience in Non-IT Recruitment is preferred.




- Candidates with experience in International Hiring or Lateral Hiring will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a target-oriented environment.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.

Work Details Working Days: Monday to Friday + Any 2 Alternate Saturdays

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Work Location: DLF Cyber City, Ramapuram , Chennai
