- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and coordinate with candidates.
- Understand IT job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate and recruitment records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn IT recruitment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
