What You'll Do

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
- Source, screen, and engage top IT talent through various recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates.
- Negotiate offers and compensation with shortlisted candidates.
- Conduct talent mapping and market research to support hiring strategies.
- Maintain recruitment data and ensure process compliance.




- Support hiring requirements across different time zones whenever required.

What We're Looking For

- 1 - 5 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring setting.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR/Business preferred).
