We are hiring HR Business Partners (HRBP) for our Chennai location.

Position: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day HR activities and employee queries.
- Support employee engagement and employee relations.
- Handle employee grievances and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Support attendance, leave, onboarding, and other HR activities.
- Coordinate with employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Maintain HR records, trackers, and reports.
- Support performance management and other HR initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of HR / HRBP experience is required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive employee handling and coordination skills.




- Basic knowledge of HR processes.
- Ability to handle multiple HR activities. - Male candidates preferred.

- Immediate Joiners preferred.

Work Details Working Days: Monday to Friday + Any 2 Alternate Saturdays

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Work Location: DLF Cyber City, Ramapuram, Chennai
