We are seeking a explicit, confident, and customer-oriented Voice Process Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary link between our company and its customers. You will handle incoming or outgoing calls to resolve issues, answer questions, or promote products while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Work Conditions

- Shifts: Willingness to work in flexible, rotational shifts, which may include night shifts.
- Environment: Fast-paced call center environment that requires prolonged sitting and wearing a headset

Skills & Qualifications

- Education: UG with 6 months experience, graduate degree, or an equivalent qualification.
- Communication: Flawless verbal communication and active listening skills in English (and regional languages if required).
- Tech Literacy: Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with standard word processing software.
