Eligibility & Skills:
Excellent communication skills needed
- 0 to 1 year of experience in any customer support process.
- Good oral and written communication and understanding skills are mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Valuable interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
- immediate joiners are preferred.
