Hub InchargeChennai, Tamil Nadu, IndiaFull-time | Logistics & Supply ChainJob SummaryWe are looking for an operations-driven and leadership-focused Hub Incharge to oversee daily warehouse and distribution activities at our Chennai facility. You will manage end-to-end hub operations, optimize sorting and dispatch timelines, lead a team of ground staff/delivery executives, and ensure seamless last-mile or middle-mile logistics execution.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations: Oversee overall inbound, sorting, scanning, stacking, and outbound activities at the hub.Performance Metrics: Maintain high SLA compliance, minimize transit delays, and optimize Turnaround Time (TAT).Team Management: Supervise, train, and manage shift schedules for floor supervisors, data entry operators, and delivery executives.Inventory Control: Conduct daily stock audits, reconcile physical inventory with the system, and eliminate leakage or missing shipments.Logistics & Dispatch: Coordinate with connection vehicles, line-haul teams,



and last-mile riders for on-time dispatches.Reporting: Maintain daily cash collection (COD) reports, attendance logs, and operational performance dashboards for regional management.Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Graduate in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in Hub/Warehouse/Logistics operations (E-commerce, 3PL, or Express Logistics background is highly preferred).Languages: Fluency in Tamil is mandatory for vendor and ground-staff management; skilled working proficiency in English.Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP software, and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).Key Competencies: Strong leadership qualities, problem-solving skills under pressure, and strict adherence to safety protocols.
