We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage and support end-to-end recruitment while contributing to workforce planning, employee relations, and talent initiatives. The role requires strong communication, analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing requirements.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and candidate specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and headhunting.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and follow-ups.
- Ensure recruitment activities are completed within defined timelines and in compliance with company policies.
- Support employer branding, workforce planning, and employee relations initiatives.




- Maintain accurate recruitment data and utilize ATS and recruitment analytics tools.

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, active listening, collaboration, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and proficiency in MS Excel and ATS platforms.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree with 4+ years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, strong sourcing and headhunting skills, and experience managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.
