Roles and Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure timely communication.
- Manage bulk hiring processes from sourcing to onboarding current employees.
- Handle multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in recruitment or related field (bulk hiring, campus hiring).
- Strong understanding of IT industry trends and market demands.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients/hiring managers.
