Job Title: Customer Support Executive / Process Associate (Voice & Backoffice)

Role Overview

We are hiring candidates for International Voice and Backoffice Operations. You will be responsible for handling customer queries,

managing process operations, and delivering high service standards.

Eligibility & Requirements

Backoffice: Graduates only (Minimum 6 months of Hospitality experience Preferable).

International Voice: Graduates (Freshers eligible) OR Undergraduates (Minimum 6 months of experience required).

Typing Skills: Minimum 35 WPM with 90% accuracy.

Robust written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Package

Freshers: upto 24,000 CTC / month

Experienced: upto30,000 CTC / month

Work Schedule & Location

Work Mode: In Office

Rotational shift and Rotational off

Both Side Cab facility
