Job Title: Non-Voice Process Executive / Medical Billing Associate

Process: International Non-Voice Process

Qualification: Graduate fresher- BBA, BA., B.Com., BCA, B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, CS, Maths), Passed out year - 2021 - 2026

Please Note: Diploma, B.E./B.Tech/ME/ M.Tech, MBA, MCA are not eligible to apply

Interview Process- Only direct walk-in interview

Rounds of Interview:

1. HR Interview
2. Online Assessment - Grammar & Aptitude

3. Typing Test

4. Operational/Technical Interview

Transport: One-way transport is available within the defined boundaries. Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Claims Processing & Medical Billing: Accurately process medical claims, review Explanation of Benefits (EOB), and update patient billing records.
- Data Management: Enter, verify, and update patient demographic data, insurance details, and transaction codes into database software or electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Written Communication: Handle internal or external client/patient queries professionally via email, secure messaging, or chat support.
- Prior Authorization:



Review medical procedures and request prior authorizations via online insurance portals to ensure timely patient care and compliant billing.
- Quality & Compliance: Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines, desktop procedures, and data security standards.
- Productivity Goals: Meet daily and weekly targets for transaction volume, accuracy percentage, and turnaround time
