Job Responsibilities

- Manage patient files including checking, assembling, and numbering
- Coordinate file movement between different departments/teams
- Handle patient reports and ensure timely processing
- Send reports to patients accurately and within timelines
- Prepare and assemble patient files one day prior to consultation
- Ensure proper documentation and file organization
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the management.
