Role Overview:

We are hiring for HRO (EDM, Compensation & benefit, Performance management role) and Global Talent Acquisition role with end-to-end recruitment.

Eligibility Criteria:

CL 9/10/11 Talent Acquisition

CL 9: Candidates must possess end-to-end Global Talent Acquisition experience, including stakeholder, client, people, and escalation management. Demonstrated Team Lead experience is mandatory and must be reflected on paper.

CL 10: Candidates with Acting Team Lead or Team Lead experience, combined with Global Talent Acquisition expertise, will be considered.

CL 11: Candidates should have comprehensive international recruitment experience, covering the entire hiring lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.

CL 9/10/11 Employee Services (WFA)

CL 9: Seeking candidates with Global EDM experience, supported by strong client management, people management, and hands-on experience with relevant HR tools.

CL 10: Candidates should have Acting Team Lead or Team Lead experience, along with 56+ years of relevant experience and exposure to HR tools.





CL 11: Candidates must have Workforce Administration (WFA) domain expertise and hands-on experience with SuccessFactors.

CL 8/11– Compensation & Benefits

CL 8: Candidates should have Compensation & Benefits experience, coupled with strong client management, people management, and exposure to HR tools.

CL 11: Candidates must possess relevant domain expertise with hands-on experience in SuccessFactors.

CL 10/11/12 – Performance Management

CL 10: Candidates should have experience as an Individual Contributor, Acting Team Lead, or Team Lead, along with Performance Management and EDM domain knowledge, supported by 5–6+ years of experience and exposure to HR tools.

CL 11: Candidates must have Workforce Administration (WFA) domain expertise and practical experience with SuccessFactors.

CL 12: Candidates with HR Shared Services (HRSS) experience and robust communication skills are preferred.
