- Share product pricing, MSPs, features, specifications, and other relevant details
- Understand and resolve product-related technical queries
- Provide basic troubleshooting guidance and product assistance
- Coordinate with internal Technical, Product, Sales and Support teams
- Follow up on pending queries and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain proper call, query and support records

- Positive communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic technical knowledge
- Comfortable handling outbound calls with retailers
- Good understanding and ability to explain product information
- 6 Months to 1 Year of experience preferred
