- Support CAE engineers in pre-processing and model preparation activities.
- Perform basic geometry cleanup and meshing using ANSA.
- Develop understanding of CAE methodologies, modelling standards and quality requirements.
- Assist in mesh quality checks and model corrections.
- Learn and support FEA simulation activities under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Understand and apply engineering fundamentals to CAE problems.
- Follow project-specific quality and delivery requirements.
Required Tool Knowledge:
- ANSA Basic knowledge
- Basic geometry cleanup
- Basic meshing concepts
- Understanding of elements and mesh quality
Technical Skills: Candidates should have valuable fundamentals in:
- Strength of Materials (SOM)
- Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
- Engineering Mechanics
- Basic Automotive / Structural CAE concepts
- Understanding of basic physics and engineering principles
Candidate Profile:
- Strong interest in CAE / Automotive Engineering.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of SOM, FEA and Physics fundamentals.
- Basic hands-on knowledge of ANSA will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and willingness to learn.
- Candidates who can quickly adapt to CAE tools and methodologies are preferred.
