Role & responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in a warm, skilled and courteous manner.

- Understand customer requirements, preferences and budget to recommend suitable jewellery.

- Explain jewellery designs, gold purity, diamond quality, gemstones, making charges and pricing clearly to customers.

- Showcase and present Gold, Diamond, Silver, Polki and other jewellery collections effectively.

- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide an excellent in-store buying experience.

- Handle customer queries regarding products, pricing, offers, exchange and old-gold purchase policies.

- Assist customers in selecting jewellery for weddings, festivals, gifting and other occasions.

- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the billing team for smooth order processing.

- Follow up with customers for enquiries, quotations, pending orders and future purchases.





- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and sales follow-ups.

- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective customer handling and follow-up.

- Support visual merchandising and ensure jewellery displays are clean, organised and attractive.

- Ensure proper handling, safekeeping and presentation of jewellery as per company procedures.

- Coordinate with the inventory, billing and management teams for smooth day-to-day operations.

- Stay updated about new jewellery designs, product knowledge, market trends and company offers.

- Follow all company policies regarding customer service, sales, security and jewellery handling.

- Actively contribute to repeat business, referrals and long-term customer relationships.
