Qualification ITI Fitter

Exp. 4 to 8 yrs.

- Performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery and equipment.
- To awareness of process equipments like Auto Clave, DHS System, PFS Filling machine, Mixing Vessel etc.
- To awareness of process equipment’s like Primary blister packing line as well as Secondary Cartonating line etc.
- Perform and Maintain the daily log sheet utility System.
- Perform and maintain the equipment schedule.

Designation – Technician Qualification – ITI – Electrical

Exp. – 4 to 8 yrs.

- Perform the Maintenance activities of Electrical & Instrument department.
- Operation of Diesel Generator, Power Transformer, HT Panel (11 KV System) and other electrical equipment’s.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with electrical systems and components.
- To awareness of process equipment’s like Auto Clave, DHS System, PFS Filling machine, Mixing Vessel, Packing line etc.
- Awareness of GMP Documents.

Designation – Water System Operator Qualification – ITI/Diploma

Exp. – 4 to 8 yrs.

- Operation and routine monitoring of: Raw Water Treatment Plant (WTP), RO / DM / Softener systems, PW Storage and Distribution system, WFI Storage and Distribution system, Pure Steam Generator, Utility water systems, associated pumps, tanks, and distribution system.
- Operate and monitor of Pumps, filters, membranes, dosing systems.
- Carry out backwashing, regeneration, and sanitization activities.
- Ensure continuous water availability for plant operations.
- Maintain daily operation and maintenance logbooks.

Designation – Executive - HVAC System Qualification – BE - Mechanical

Exp.



– 4 to 6 yrs.

- To responsible for the design review, installation, commissioning, qualification, operation, maintenance, and compliance of HVAC systems serving pharmaceutical manufacturing, injectable, cleanroom, laboratory, warehouse, and utility areas.
- Review HVAC design documents, layouts, heat-load calculations, air-flow calculations, pressure zoning, and system capacities.
- Review HVAC zoning and segregation considering product containment and cross-contamination control.
- Prepare preventive-maintenance schedules for AHUs, blowers, pumps, filters, dampers, cooling coils, control valves, sensors, and associated equipment.
- To knowledge of the SAP system for the PR/Material code creation/Service entry etc.

Designation – Executive – Water System Qualification – BE - Mechanical

Exp. – 4 to 6 yrs.

- Ensure continuous and reliable operation of: Raw Water System, Pre-Treatment System, Soft Water System, RO System, EDI System, Purified Water (PW) Generation System, Purified Water Storage and Distribution Loop, Water for Injection (WFI) Generation System, WFI Storage and Distribution Loop, Pure Steam Generator, wherever applicable, Hot Water / Sanitization System
- Experience in Projects & Maintenance: - Clean Utility systems i.e. Primary Pretreatment scheme, Purified water Generation System, WFI System, Black Utility, qualification, boiler, chiller, hot water system, etc.
- Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all mechanical equipment associated with the water system.
- Raise and participate in Deviation, Change Control, CAPA, Incident Investigation, Risk Assessment etc.
